About Trevor B

Trevor is a very proud Vancouverite and has been successfully selling real estate with RE/MAX for over thirty four years. In that time he has sold hundreds of homes and helped countless individuals and families realize their housing and investment dreams.

Having grown up in the Burnaby and New Westminster areas, he is aware of all the subtle things that make up the uniqueness of each neighborhood. Trevor specializes in these cities and understands evaluating the worth of your home is more than looking up recent sales on a spreadsheet. He has built a reputation for looking at things differently and in turn maximizing your home value.

Residing in Yaletown for the past 23 years, Trevor also is a specialist in the downtown Vancouver condo scene. His expertise is being able to provide first hand knowledge of the different neighbourhoods their personalities and of the individual buildings. He has helped many people purchase and move into the downtown core as well as transition out.

In his career, he has experienced and sold through all types of markets. His success has always has always been built on one concept “helping people make their best business and life decisions.” Trevor’s clients feel prepared and confident making their real estate decisions.

Trevor lives an active west coast lifestyle, he enjoys hot yoga, seawall runs, poker and boxing and is an avid sports fan. He participates in a variety of local volunteer projects and attends Coastal Church.

In addition, he is a member of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement and RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and has been recognized by the Vancouver Real Estate Board as a member of the MLS Diamond Master Medallion Club. These awards reflect a career of success and consistency.
